Sylvia is a principal in Beechwood with more than 20 years of hotel industry experience and a diverse background that includes hotel advisory and brokerage, international brand development and financial underwriting. Sylvia worked at CBRE Hotels as a sales professional, responsible for growing the hotel private capital market in central and eastern Canada. Prior to CBRE Sylvia worked on the development team at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, sourcing and securing new development opportunities in Europe and the U.S. She also worked at Colliers International, both in brokerage and CMBS and conventional mortgage financing.

Sylvia is an alumna of Toronto Metropolitan University.

Prior to joining Beechwood, Jennifer has worked in the hospitality industry with a focus on real estate and franchising for over 10 years. Jennifer has previously held positions at Northland Properties as Director of Restaurant Development for Canada, Vice President of Development for Canada at Shoeless Joe’s, RECIPE and Boston Pizza where she held regional franchising roles, and the LCBO head office where she oversaw half of the real estate portfolio in Ontario which is 670 stores. 

Jennifer is an alumna of the University of Waterloo as well as Cornell University. Previously, Jennifer sat on the Application Committee for the Canadian Franchise Association for a six-year term.
